When your account gets deactivated, we keep your files for two more weeks. After this grace period, we unfortunately have to remove them as there's a storage cost for keeping them. Once this happens, the files are gone from our servers and it's not possible to recover them.

If you have History enabled, you can find the sources of your most recent transfers on the History page and re-download them. On this page, you will see a source button under each item. You can obtain the source link of your transfer from there. (We can't keep sources for uploads though, we only have the sources for transfers started with download/magnet links.)

If History is not enabled, you can go to the Privacy and Safety section under Settings and toggle Log activities on the History page to enable it for your future transfers.
