My family invite didn't work. What do I do?

You likely received an error because your account is active. You can't join someone else's family plan while you have a plan of your own. Here’s what to do:

If you have a subscription

Cancel your current subscription on the Billing page and wait until your due date. Then, you can use your friend's invite link to join their family plan.

If you have a prepaid plan

Wait until your due date, and you can join your friend’s family plan after your plan expires.

In short, you just need to wait for your remaining days to expire before joining a family plan. If you don’t want to wait, contact us, and we will be happy to help you with this.

P.S. After your account expires, we will keep your files for two more weeks. So no worries - you’ll have two weeks to join your friend’s family plan or start your own plan. 👍
