What's Limbo Mode

The Limbo Mode is what happens when we don't receive payment for your plan. Your account enters in a sort of read-only mode, where you will be able to download / stream the files that are already on your account but you can't add more files. It lasts for 7 days, and is an opportunity to clear whatever you accumulated in your account, if you decide not to stay with us. You can end it anytime during these 7 days by purchasing a plan. If you do nothing, your files will be deleted at the end of the Limbo period.
