How do I cancel my account?
On "Your Account > Settings" page (https://put.io/account/settings) there's a link at the bottom that says: "Cancel my membership, delete my account and erase all my data"
This takes care of everything. On the other hand, if you'd like to keep your account (friends, subscriptions, settings), but don't want PayPal to automatically charge you:
- Log in to your PayPal account
- Find the payment which shows your Put.io subscription
- Click "Details", and then "Cancel"
If you have no subscription, your account will be frozen after the due date. (You can download whatever's on your account, but you can't add new files). This will last 7 days, and then your files will be deleted.
