How can I upgrade or downgrade?
- Log in to your Put.io account.
- Click on “Your Account” tab.
- Click on “Upgrade” section.
- On this page, you will see the plans.
To upgrade:
- Select the bigger plan.
- Make the payment if needed
- Changes will be effective immediately
To downgrade:
- Click on the downgrade link below the plans
- You’ll may need to free up some disk space by deleting some of your files to meet the desired plan.
- Confirm the changes.
- Make the payment if needed
- Changes will be effective immediately
