How can I convert my videos to MP4 format

Go to the video files page. Under the player window, you will see a message saying: "You can convert this to iPhone/iPod format" click the link that says "Yes, I still want to convert" Your video will be converted as soon as possible.

If you then browse to that file using an iPod, iPhone or iPad you will be able to stream the MP4.

One more way to get the MP4's onto your iDevice is using the podcast link found on your settings page (https://put.io/account/settings) Copy the link, launch iTunes, go to "Advanced > Subscribe to Podcast" and paste it. Now iTunes will download new videos every time you convert a video on put.io
