If it's not a system wide problem but a bug, we'll need your help to reproduce it. If we can reproduce it, we can (usually) fix it. 

So please do tell. What were you trying to do and what happened instead? Which transfer, which file, which URL? Anything that might be relevant will help us identify the problem.
