Nope, not while it's still active. It's not possible to change the currency or the billing country for ongoing subscriptions. To be charged in a different currency, you would need to cancel your current subscription and start a new one.
After canceling your subscription on the Billing page, you can select a plan to start a new subscription. The currency will be determined based on the country you choose on the checkout page. You will need to enter a valid postcode for this change, though.
