Every time I try to pay via paypal it's failing.
PayPal said: Can't proceed with the payment, return to put.io.

I try to order the pro version with a german paypal account.

Thanks

    Hey Hasan,
I am sorry to tell you this but after waiting all these days I am going to buy a rapidshare account. At least paypal is working with them. I dont know whats the holdup with put.io but you are def loosing customers here and may I point out "paying customers".

I am sorry but it's your loss not getting this issue cleared up asap.
    bye

wow, i just bought a put.io account. It worked with my german credit card. Thanks guys, you seem to have sorted it out.

There is only one thing left: since I was a beta tester I would have received that monthly 100 GB bandwidth plus, if payment would have been possible. Is it possible to add this now?

    Thanks again!

    Hello f3tch,

I'm so sorry this doesn't go smooth for everyone.

    What error do you see?

Just for the record: Meanwhile paying worked for me (german paypal account). The paypal page appeared to be in turkish but it worked.

    Hello fab1an,

Thank you, I'm glad it worked. We have forwarded German IP's to a
different payment API (Website Payments Standart) of PayPal. It works
for users in Germany but it's a pain in the ass when it comes to
upgrading and downgrading. Nonetheless it's better than nothing.

We're just about to roll out these changes for everybody.

I can confirm, paypal works, just purchased a subscription. @ Hasan, can you please add the 100 GB bandwidth that I have earned as a beta tester.

    thank you

    Hello there,

Same problem with paypal from the USA, linked to a verified credit card.
Contacted you by email but no response so I am posting here. Would like to be able to use your service but can't pay!

Similar problem here. I'm in France, when I click upgrade, I enter paypal but it keeps asking to add a credit card when I already have a verified credit card added. It's a shame, I was really hoping to test the service.

    Hi guys, sorry about this.

Can you try your luck with the alternate PayPal API?

    Here is the link: http://put.io/register/wps

This is something we did for our German customers, and this API might have
    different rules.

I tried the link, but when I clicked upgrade it sent me to the regular upgrade page where the problem persisted.

However, I tried with a VPN connection to Germany, and the link worked without issues. So now I'm subscribed.

Do you have some geographic restriction for the http://put.io/register/wps registration method?

    Thanks for your help.

Oh, had I known that you already had an account I would have given you a
different link to switch PayPal API's. Sorry, my bad.

Yes, the alternative API is a pain for us, so we're only using it for German
and Australian IP's. Everybody else goes through the regular API, unless
    they use the different URL.

    Glad it worked out.

Here's the info if you already have an account with put.io:

    1- login to your put.io

     account
    2- visit this url: http://www.put.io/account/paymentmethod/m/1

this will switch your payment gateway to PayPal Website Payments Standart
3- pick a plan and try PayPal again.

    Dear Hasan,
I am from India, was a user of put.io beta, now I want to upgrade my plan, followed the method as described by you in Post# 77. but Paypal is still asking me to add a new credit/debit card to my account. I have sufficient balance to make the payment.
    Can you suggest some solution.

    Hello Ranjeet,

I want to apologize on behalf of PayPal. They will use your balance for the
payments, but they require a credit card in order to start a subscription.
