Boxee App - Slow to load items, or doesn't load at all.

Hi all,

Just wanted to firstly say the Boxee app is great. I love being able to get files and stream them immediately through my TV (I use Boxee on my Media Centre PC)...

Just a slight issue which has gotten worse recently, the boxee app will often just hang fetching the contents of my put.io account... It says "connected" in the top left, but fails to ever retrieve anything. Sometimes, irrespective of whether it loads the first time, it may stop loading as you start to drill downwards. I've often also gotten as far as clicking "play" on the file, and then the dialog disappears, the file list appears again, and then I can't do anything, and I'm forced to close Boxee.

Is this a known issue?

    Hey Jonathan,
    For the last two days, we had been experiencing some networking issues caused by our latest update. That's why some part of the service was malfunctioning.

    Everything should be working fine now. Please don't hesitate to contact us if the problem persists.
