Please get an FTP option!
This is retarded! 1.5 gigs into my 3.5 gig download, I lose connection. Why are you not providing the obvious? Producing crap patches for obvious deficiencies is not a solution! Give me an FTP to download from!

Who knows, even I might be lucky to download my files that I cannot access due to a put.io bug.

Please have a look at this comment I've just written. FTP option is not considered an option. However we're working on a different project that might be a solution for you.
We can reimburse your bandwidth for such failures.
