3G Restricted!!

Hello,

I was able to access my account using 3g network (IPAD) but I couldn't make the video to play, the video shows
an icon in the middle of the video with play button crossed (which means cannot be played)

How to solve this problem?

Any help is appreciated.

    I found out that this is restricted by my network and NOT put.io, hopefully there should be away to watch videos on 3G network

    Maybe try through a VPN service?

    Rabbit, yes it works behind VPN, but I am just curious why it didn't work over 3G , is it a restriction from the mobile carrier? Or is it a problem from put.io servers?

    I am really confused.

    Can you play video on your iPad connecting to WiFi? maybe it is an iPad issue?

    Hey guys,
    We do not have any restrictions for 3G. It must be a service provider or iPad 3G issue. I've checked with iPad wifi and it's working at the moment.

    Please let us know if you discover the source of the problem.
