Unable to download random files

I am having random files that are not downloading. The problem seems to be more when I click on zip and download, but I've had a few single files sit there and try to download without any success. It just sits there spinning like it's trying to get started but never does.

   The above. is a .cue file which put.io seems to associate with the .txt format. It's only these type of files which I can't download, their presence also preventing me from being able to download the entire containing folder in .zip format.
