Files ore not loading

I am having a problem, where a majority of my files are not loading. Not sure whats going on

    Hi,

    Do you mean, you can't download them to you computer ? Can you send me the urls, links of the files - some of them at least - that are not working so we can double check whats happening.

    Hi,

    I checked all 3 files, and seems like there is not a problem on our side, they are accessible. Did you try changing your route on the settings page, maybe its a network issue. If not can you change your route to east usa or usa on the account settings page, and let me know how it goes ?

    Hi,

    Are you using a download manager, can you try with DownThemAll firefox extension, sometimes isp's throttle single network connections.

    Btw, if you loose any bandwith because of this, please let me know, so I can add it back to your account.

    That didn't work either. It just downloads 56kbs

    Even If I try to download good files, it completes at1.36gb of 1.7gb

    Same problem. Basket zip are very slow to download and not all file are in.
