    Hi Desert_Frog,

We can't know why noknok or roku is giving an error, can you contact them for the problems, so they can contact us if the problem is on our side.

Can you reach your files on Put.io ?

    Thank you,

I am getting same problem "Unexpected Result (501)" and can't download my files. Since your service is unusable because of your fault, I want a refund for the time I am not able to use it - e.g 1 month for free would be ok.

    Hi,

I believe I fixed the problem with zip & download feature, can you please let me know if you are still having the problem.

@nice4dice, This is happening for the last 4-5 days at most and its not happening with all the files. So I can't give a refund for whole month, but if you let me know how much bandwith you lost on this, I want to give it back. And please send me the urls of the files if you are still seeing the problem, so I can check.

    Thank you,

This comment was split into a new private discussion: downloads do not work. get "bad gateway" error

Your response clearly shows that kind of arrogant company I am dealing with. (You know that I do not have the tools to give you (proof) estimates on lost bandwidth.) I am considering posting your reaction to my suggestion that customers should receive a compensation for 5 day outage in the comment section on sites that recommended/linked me to put.io. I love put.io, but I am deeplydisappointed how I am treated as a paying customer.

    Hi nice4dice,

You got me wrong, I don't want any kind of proof, just tell me how much bandwith you lost because of this, we just trust you about it.

You know we have fully refunded many people because of the paysites, even its not totally our fault.

I know you are angry - being a regular user myself I hate when this kind of things happens too - but its not possible to refund for 5 days - its practically impossible to make refund for 0.8$s

    Thank you,

Re; your posting #30 and 32.

    Thanks for reply.

This is not first problem of this type. Had similar 8mo ago after noknok included Put.io in their channels.

Yes, i am able to reach/search my files going direct to my Put.io account.

Roku has no function over any errors. noknok, stated they were working on a fix for video file formats that was needed for certain files that did not work with Put.io. That was several months ago. No fix yet.

Hardly any info coming from noknok, (about anything). Not a good sign.

Other sites via noknok are still working for downloads to Put.io via noknok, ie: ShowRSS; Torrenz, etc. But seems Torrent Butler is not working now with any download/sent to Put.io.

Another question: without a URL, can i go to a torrent dl site direct thru Put.io account ? Thanks for your help.

I has this problem when using Free Download Manager (see http://help.put.io/discussions/problems/2551-free-download-manager-...) which was then resolved, but now I'm having problems again.

I decided to switch to the US servers hoping they'd be more stable/updated, and I'm still having problems :(

I assume this was solved after the weekend. Does your problem still continue?

Nope, out of 18 files, only 4 work (in Free Download Manager). It doesn't seem to be server specific (having working and failing downloads across several *.put.io servers), also doesn't seem to be dependent on when I downloaded the files (some from 1 torrent work while others don't)

    Hi aybars badur

Using Folx (Download manager on Mac), I am still having error 502.

When I add several task ( 22 Url for example), only two or three start and all of the others crash with a 502 code.

If I wait for the end of the downloads and relaunch the task, multiple will start and I keep going until all my files are on my computer.

    The servers are s01 / s02 / s03 / s04 ...

Anyone else have the problem ?

(Not that the file i'm trying to download was added two days ago. )

Same problem for me. I've been getting a 502 when trying to download any file using cURL for quite a while now. Downloading directly from a browser works fine. Not being able to use cURL makes it a lot more inconvenient. I've built up a collection of convenient Python scripts to handle the downloading which are now useless.

Same problem here. Download from browser works fine, download from Free Download Manager gives error 502. This is a big deal, because when downloading from browser, it does not open more than 1 connection (like fdm does) and downloads comes at only 1/5 of the my dsl max speed.

    Hello all,

Turns out this is related with apache. Sometimes (randomly) it gives 502 on download links. If you refresh the page it works. But as download managers open multiple connections, your download might crash.

We are changing the download links now. They will be live on monday. Meanwhile, please use the stream links to download the files. Thank you for your patience and sorry for the trouble.
