I'm seeing the same behavior except I haven't seen a download get beyond the 'in queue' stage in days.

Hello Brec,
The problem was caused by an update we did. It should all be working fine now. However, if your downloads are still stuck, I can fix them for you.
PS: I couldn't find any users with your mail address. Could you also give me your username?

I think I used the correct email address this time as well wrt the email address I have registered with put.io. But just in case not: username: theshoveller.

hello having same problem upload from computer and it goes to transfer queue and nowhere else so can't download it.

Since your last update I have so many problems uploading files, and usually get an error log, Check my ‘Dashboard’ but also in torrents
Can you please fix this!

Hi Assoliner,
You have more than 40 active torrents, I think thats causing the problem, currently its only 10, can you please delete the old ones - so I can investigate further.

I have a lot of problems since last month, i have:
- torrent always stuck in queue - torrent don't finished "8 s left" ...
I a m a regular client happy so far but now , I m doubting ...
please help

Same problem here. Please fix it!!! Torrents are just stuck not downloading. Unbelievable how many problems put.io is having.
Are we not paying enough for this service? Do you need more money or something?
