Torrent says "Completed (seeding until 1.20, current ratio: 0.03)" but it's really 61% if I check the tracker

Hello,
This has been happening quite frequently. What gives?
I have another torrent stuck at 0.00 ratio (for days) although it is at 30%...

   Hi Kerlutin, sorry about this.
   If restarted, our torrent client sometimes forgets how much it seeded and
   starts seeding from the beginning. This is not a priority, since it only
   results in overseeding and your ratio is not taking a hit.
