I run a forum for members to download my movies. Do they have to be registered to put.io as well? Because I used to host them all on my server, and now all they see is a put.io url error that says they need to be a member. How can I fix that?

    Some additional info, I'm mostly using the 'Stream MP4' links

    Hi,

    This is really complicated, we generate tokens for stream links per ip address. Since your users and you don't share the same ip, they will have trouble.

    We are not against a couple of persons using the same put.io account but as a forum I really don't know the answer - i am the tech guy -

    Since this is more a sales/management decision, I am forwarding this ticket to our employer. Depending on what he says, we can figure out a way to share download links with your users.

    Best Regards,

    Hi Guys,

    I'm sorry. We didn't think of put.io as a hosting platform. It's for
    private use only.

    Cheers.
