The file is being converted to iPhone/iPod format.......but it isn't!
I have been trying to convert some files to iPhone/iPod format and it is taking forever. It says "The file is being converted to iPhone/iPod format" and it is "In queue" but it isn't doing anything or showing what percent is complete. This all started after yesterday's update. Is there a fix coming for this?

Yes sorry about that. The MP4 conversion queue is getting hammered
right now. And because of the quality it takes a little longer. We
will add more power to it in a few days...

It is basically useless right now. The coversion has been going on for hours on a one hour file. This needs to be fixed now. Are you telling me I wont be able to convert any files over the weekend? Are you going to pro-rate the expense of this?

This is happening for me too, but only on selected files, making it seem more like a bug than a queue issue. In particular, I've tried adding one relatively small file that never converts - even when I delete that file & add it again from a different source entirely, the system still thinks the file is converting (doesn't say "in queue" or a percentage") and I can't seem to either get it converted or actually clear the imaginary conversion from the queue to get a different file converted. See screen shot.

That is the same thing I am getting.

This is happening for me too. Movies queued for days and still not converting. Even more frustrating is tv shows that are already showing as being converted to mp4 by someone else but displaying on my iPad 1 as the mp4 playback icon over the screencap but with a line through so you can't play it. Doesnt help to switch servers, and seems to be fine some days and not others.
Had to get my fetch.io account back, but I really like put.io RSS feeds.

Found an iPad workaround - even if it shows as not being able to play the mp4, and doesn't work if you choose to stream the mp4, if you choose to download mp4 it does work and is the same as streaming it.

Both these issues seem to have been resolved now. Thanks guys.
