Hi,
I am trying to develop an application for Put.io but i wonder how can i learn my api key and secret.

   I found my key and secret on accounts page.
   but i wonder,
   will users enter their api key or secret to use program or is there any other method to access user information?

   Hello Bahadır, yes that's how the api accesses the users information. Checkout the boxee app (http://code.google.com/p/putio-api/source/browse/trunk/sample#sampl...) for an example.
