Shared space for user.info sometimes returns 0

Well it happens sometimes..
When I call user.info method it returns perfectly normal response
Except "shared_space" property which instead of being a valid string becomes just an integer 0.
I know for sure that my shared space should be different.
Can somebody clarify for me that?

   Hey alexanderzats,
   You are right. Sharing space value is not reliable at the moment due to the cost of calculating it. It's currently on our fix list. We'll figure out a way to solve it soon.
